Privacy Policy

Intelcom & Dragonfly Tracker is an independent, unofficial application created to help users track shipments handled by Intelcom and Dragonfly.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Intelcom Courier Canada Inc., Dragonfly Shipping Ltd., or any of their affiliates.

Intelcom® and Dragonfly® are registered trademarks of their respective owners. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

We have designed the App to collect as little information as possible.

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App may store tracking barcode history, search history, user consent status, and app preferences locally on your device. This information remains only on your device, is never uploaded to our servers, is never sold or shared by us with third parties, and can be deleted at any time by clearing the App's data, deleting history within the App, or uninstalling the App.

When you search for a shipment, the tracking number you enter is sent directly to publicly available Intelcom and Dragonfly tracking services to retrieve the latest shipment status.

We do not store your tracking numbers or shipment information on our servers, create user profiles based on your searches, or monitor your shipment activity. Shipment information is retrieved only when you request it.

To support the continued development and maintenance of the App, advertisements are displayed using Google AdMob.

Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process certain information, including Advertising ID, device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device information, app interaction information, and diagnostic information. This information may be used to display advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud, improve advertising services, and personalize advertisements where permitted by applicable law and your consent choices.

We do not control information collected directly by Google or its advertising partners.

Where required by applicable laws and regulations, the App requests your consent before displaying personalized advertisements. You may be given options to accept personalized ads, decline personalized ads where available, or manage advertising preferences through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Your consent choices are stored locally on your device.

The App uses third-party services that may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies. These services include Google AdMob and Google Play Services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your locally stored tracking history with third parties. Any advertising-related information is collected and processed directly by Google and its partners under their own privacy policies.

Tracking history and preferences remain stored only on your device until you delete them, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App. Because we do not operate servers that store your tracking history, we cannot access or recover deleted information.

The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through third-party services used by the App, please contact the relevant service provider.

We take reasonable steps to protect the App and its functionality. Because tracking history is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for protecting access to your device using passwords, biometric authentication, or other available security features.

Google and its advertising partners may process advertising-related information on servers located in different countries. Such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Google's own privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
